Develop functional and technical designs during the preparations and critical stages of the projects. Be part of Oracle Fusion HR applications team, responsible for implementations of Oracle Cloud Applications and Oracle HCM modules. Conduct solution review sessions and incrementally making configuration changes on the Oracle HCM application based on feedback. Test complex programs requiring a combination of Oracle standard offerings, custom formulas, BIP/OTBI reports, and manual processes. Core HCM data extraction, transformation, and loading with HDL and PL/SQL.

Tools used: Oracle HCM Cloud, BI Publisher, PL/SQL, OTBI, HCM Data Loader, User Acceptance Testing.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Minimum Experience: Five (5) years.

Travel required to the extent of relocating to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Position requires five (5) years of progressive experience, which must include five (5) years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, BI Publisher, PL/SQL, OTBI, HCM Data Loader, User Acceptance Testing. Employer will conduct background check, reference checks, motor vehicle record check, and social security validation.

Pay Range: $145,000 – $155,000/year
