Background:
First Tech Federal Credit Union (or First Tech) is a federally chartered credit union headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon, USA. First Tech has more than 465,000 members, 10 billion dollars in assets, and 40 branches.

Situation:
First Tech needed a partner that could provide guidance on best practices, process improvements, and help with its cloud expansion roadmap based on company objectives. The credit union also wanted to implement Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EPM Cloud.

Solution:
Infovity implemented Oracle ERP Cloud Financials and EPM Cloud with EPM, Financial Consolidation and Close, and Account Reconciliation, as well as 3rd party credit union solutions including HR and a payroll system
