Territory Sales Manager

Location: Greater Boston Area

Job Profile:

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for building and expanding a presence for Infovity on the East Coast (US) selling Oracle Cloud Applications professional services. Traveling is required for this role. The Territory Sales Manager will perform initial discovery of new opportunities, identify needs and provide solution(s) recommendations. With an emphasis on managing the pipeline of new customers & maintaining existing customer relationships, the Territory Sales Manager will work with the Territory to drive successful customer experiences..

Role Description:

  • Collaborate with Director of Sales & Strategy to develop business plans and targets for company’s growth.
  • Work cohesively with internal management teams to communicate customer requirements and opportunities (implementations opportunities, competitive information, or feedback gathered through field activities).
  • Perform initial discovery of new opportunities, identify needs and provide solution(s) recommendations to Director.
  • Develop the territory and manage sales pipeline.
  • Assist with crafting/presenting demonstrations for new customers.
  • Assist with delivering sales presentations on all solutions to C-level executives.
  • Take consultative sales approach and tell the story of situational awareness for customers.
  • Drive innovation with current customer base by positioning new solutions and making recommendations for expansions/upgrades.
  • Coordinate and execute sales efforts to integrate with Infovity marketing activities, such as product launches, promotions, advertising, merchandising, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Must have Oracle Applications Sales experience or have prior Implementation sales experience more specifically, with selling ERP Cloud, EPM Cloud and HCM Cloud Solutions.
  • 3-5 year sales experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Professional Services and or Life Science space is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, competitive attitude and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and story-telling skills is a must.

Education:  

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, Communications, or related field.
