This is an entry-level position affording a recent graduate or early career individual to gain experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financial applications and tools, and who has a strong desire to build a career in the consulting industry.
Operating under general direction, the Associate ERP Financials Cloud Analyst provides functional and configuration support to the ERP team's initiatives. He/she will be responsible for interfacing with ERP team for delivery of key Oracle ERP Financials applications, upgrades, reporting and analysis.
Be a part of the team to provide functional expertise to our customers in the financials implementation. Working with senior leads and managers, the analyst will be responsible for:
Analyzing and documenting business requirements.
Assisting with documenting business process flows.
Assist with Setup and configuration of GL, AR, AP.
Audit conversion data and assist in data conversion activities.
Running test scripts and document defects.
Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing.
Assist with providing proactive training to end-users during project rollouts, as needed.
Assist with maintaining system and program administration documentation; update documentation on a frequent basis.
Document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity of systems.
Validate and test the systems to ensure customer requirements are met.
Assist project managers manage various projects across EPM.
1-2 years of experience working with Oracle ERP Financials Cloud (AR, AP, GL, FA, CM) or enterprise ERP systems (Net Suite or Financial Force or MS Dynamics or Oracle EBS). We will also consider candidate with less experience who can demonstrate good understanding of functional aspects of Procure to Pay process.
Exposure to any reporting tool and understanding of financial statements.
Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives.
Ability to work rapidly in team environment and with pressure of competing deadlines and frequent interruptions in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and Google office products.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical audience.
Requires a Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science or Finance, or CPA, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
